Nidora Home works with logistics partners to ship orders to the address provided at the time of purchase.
Delivery times
The applicable delivery time or date must be communicated before the final confirmation of the order. Unless a shorter timeframe is expressly stated at the time of ordering, we undertake to deliver the order no later than 30 days after the conclusion of the contract.
When an order contains several items, they may exceptionally be shipped separately and arrive in distinct packages.
Fees and tracking
Any applicable shipping fees are displayed before payment confirmation. When tracking is available, the tracking information is linked to your order and can be sent to you via email or through your order portal.
Delay or delivery issues
In case of delay, damaged parcel, missing product, or product not matching your order, please contact us at ramdanimoha@icloud.com with your order number and relevant details. Your legal rights remain fully applicable.
Returns and right of withdrawal
For eligible distance purchases, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of the goods to inform us of your decision to withdraw, without having to provide a justification. After this notification, you have an additional 14 days to return the product.
To exercise this right, write to us at ramdanimoha@icloud.com indicating your order number. We will provide you with the instructions and, where necessary, the return address suitable for your order.
Product condition
The product must be returned in a condition allowing it to be resold, with its original accessories and components. The legal exceptions to the right of withdrawal remain applicable, particularly for certain personalized, perishable, or unsealed goods for hygiene reasons when they cannot be returned.
Return costs
In the event of a simple withdrawal, the direct costs of return are at the customer's expense, unless otherwise indicated. If the product received is damaged, non-compliant, or does not correspond to the order, please contact us before any return: the costs required for processing a non-compliant product will not be charged to you.
Refunds
When a refund is due following a withdrawal, it is issued no later than 14 days from the date on which you informed us of your decision. For the sale of goods, the refund may be deferred until the product is recovered or until proof of its shipment is received, whichever is the earlier. The refund is made using the same payment method as the one used for the order, unless otherwise agreed.
Standard delivery costs paid at the time of ordering are refunded under the conditions provided by law. Any additional costs related to the choice of a delivery method more expensive than the standard delivery offered are not refunded.

You can write to us using the following text: "I hereby notify you of my withdrawal regarding the sale of the good ordered on [date] and received on [date]. Order number: [number]. Name: [name]. Address: [address]. Date: [date]."
